Key Responsibilities

Strategic leadership of capital investment projects up to €2.5M - driving operational excellence across ECA region
Development and presentation of investment proposals aligned with corporate strategy and standards
Implementation and oversight of project management processes including HSE standards and KPIs
Cross-functional team leadership and stakeholder management across international projects
Critical evaluation of CAPEX estimates and project schedules with focus on sustainable solutions
