Key Responsibilities

Lead and strategically manage the comprehensive security operations across Ocean Park's entire facility, directly impacting visitor safety and business continuity for one of Hong Kong's premier tourist destinations
Develop and implement security policies and procedures that establish industry-leading standards while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence
Orchestrate daily safety and security controls through systematic planning, organization, monitoring, and execution that protects thousands of daily visitors and valuable park assets
Drive loss prevention initiatives and recovery actions that directly contribute to the organization's financial performance and operational sustainability
Coordinate and implement emergency response plans, crisis management protocols, and evacuation procedures that could impact thousands of visitors during critical incidents
Establish and oversee sophisticated security infrastructure including master key systems, access control, video surveillance, and safety alarm networks that form the backbone of park security
Maintain strategic partnerships with Hong Kong Police Force and other authorities, ensuring seamless cooperation and communication that enhances overall security effectiveness

Requirements

Education

Bachelor degree in Security Management or professional qualification in Certified Protection Professional (CPP)

Experience

With at least 6 years' relevant experience with good knowledge of event security, physical security, crowd, traffic and access control

Required Skills

Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English, conversational is an advantage Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills Computer literacy in MS Office application (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Willing to work outdoor, on shifts and during weekends and public holidays
