Key Responsibilities

Serve as Responsible Individual for 10 Residential Children's Homes ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence across multiple facilities
Develop and implement strategic enhancements to the therapeutic SEED Care Model promoting best practices and consistent implementation across all homes
Lead comprehensive human resources management including recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management of multidisciplinary staff teams
Drive data-driven performance management by monitoring key metrics such as child well-being outcomes, staff retention, and family engagement while developing strategic action plans
Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure appropriate therapeutic interventions and support services are tailored to meet each child's unique complex needs
Embed organizational standards through the Three P's framework ensuring all employees understand and implement policies, processes, and protocols

Requirements

Education
