Key Responsibilities

Lead EHS process safety programs for major pharmaceutical manufacturing site
Develop and execute continuous improvement strategies for process safety management systems
Drive regulatory compliance and international standards implementation
Manage external consultants and laboratory services
Conduct facility inspections and safety audits
Implement and optimize performance monitoring systems
Create and standardize EHS process safety protocols

Requirements

Education

Master's Degree in Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemistry, Process Engineering, Biotechnology, or equivalent

Experience

Proven experience in process safety and Biopharma manufacturing
