Lead daily operations of Hospital Elder Life Program (HELP) with focus on preventing delirium and functional decline in elderly patients
Develop and implement individualized care protocols for geriatric patients
Coordinate volunteer recruitment, training, and management
Conduct patient assessments and program evaluations
Serve as geriatric care resource for interdisciplinary teams
Monitor and document protocol adherence and program outcomes
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in healthcare related field required, Master's Degree preferred
