Key Responsibilities

Lead daily operations of Hospital Elder Life Program (HELP) with focus on preventing delirium and functional decline in elderly patients
Develop and implement individualized care protocols for geriatric patients
Coordinate volunteer recruitment, training, and management
Conduct patient assessments and program evaluations

Requirements

Education
