Key Responsibilities
Lead regional P&L operations with full accountability for financial, performance, and customer satisfaction metrics
Serve as primary TELUS representative for government agencies, media, and community organizations
Drive market share growth and product adoption across residential and small business segments
Develop and execute community engagement strategies to leverage PureFibre investment
Manage and develop diverse team of managers, technicians, and partners
Create and implement regional business strategies aligned with corporate objectives
Foster partnerships with community leaders and organizations
Optimize workforce management and service delivery operations
Requirements
Education
Degree in Management, Business or related Technology (Masters Degree or MBA preferred)
Experience
10+ years experience of managing a team in customer service, sales, production or service delivery environment
