Key Responsibilities

Lead device design and characterization initiatives for advanced CMOS, passive and HBT technologies
Develop and optimize test structures to validate semiconductor device performance
Collaborate with TCAD teams on predictive modeling and device optimization

Requirements

Education

Degree/Masters/PhD in Electrical, Electronics Engineering, Physics, Materials Engineering or equivalent
