Key Responsibilities

Strategic oversight of Phase 2 Early Infrastructure Works (EIW) engineering activities with direct impact on project success
Leadership of cross-functional engineering teams across civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines
Quality assurance and technical standard compliance management for major oil and gas infrastructure
Risk assessment and mitigation strategy development for complex engineering projects
Stakeholder management and coordination across contractors, suppliers, and internal teams

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)

Experience

Minimum 10 years in engineering management, with 5-8 years in leadership role

Required Skills

Strong technical understanding of multidisciplinary engineering practices Proven ability to lead engineering teams Strong leadership and Communication skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work collaboratively in multicultural environment Effective team management Fluency in English Arabic language knowledge (advantage)
