Key Responsibilities

Lead development of comprehensive military installation planning documents including Vision Plans and Area Development Plans
Direct interdisciplinary teams and manage stakeholder relationships
Conduct strategic facility planning and cost analysis for DoD infrastructure
Facilitate Planning Charrettes and stakeholder engagement sessions
Prepare MILCON programming documentation using DD Form 1391
Coordinate with federal agencies and installation stakeholders

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)

Experience

Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in military or federal master planning
