Key Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-wide IT operations and service delivery for UNESCO's core digital platform UNESCORE
Direct infrastructure management across on-premise and cloud environments
Oversee global service desk operations and customer support framework
Drive digital transformation initiatives and technology modernization
Manage team of operations, service support, network, systems and multimedia technology staff
Develop and implement IT service strategies aligned with organizational objectives

Requirements

Education

Advanced University degree (Masters or equivalent) in computer science, information systems, or related field

Experience
