Key Responsibilities

Lead investigation and resolution of Title IX and discrimination complaints with institutional impact
Develop and deliver educational programs on AA/EEO policies to diverse stakeholders
Serve as Deputy Title IX Coordinator with decision-making authority on case dispositions
Chair Title IX hearings and determine appropriate sanctions
Manage federal/state compliance reporting and statistical analysis
Build relationships with diverse student populations to foster inclusive campus environment

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in related field required, Master's preferred

Experience

Minimum of three (3) years related experience and 1 year conducting investigations
