Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end ecommerce logistics optimization including warehouse operations and last-mile delivery
Drive NPS improvement through data analysis and process enhancement
Develop and maintain relationships with 3PL/4PL partners to optimize distribution networks
Design and implement innovative logistics solutions for D2C operations
Manage cross-functional projects to improve operational efficiency
Create and negotiate SLAs with online partners and logistics providers
Optimize warehouse management systems (WMS) and transport management systems (TMS)
Provide strategic consulting to European subsidiaries on logistics operations

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred in logistics or related field

Experience

3-5 years working experience in e-commerce and D2C operations
