Key Responsibilities

Serve as strategic administrative partner to international sales leadership team including VP and Regional Vice Presidents, managing complex multi-regional operations
Develop and prepare high-impact presentations and comprehensive sales reports that influence executive decision-making and client relationships
Oversee financial administration through expense report preparation and management, ensuring compliance with international business standards
Lead coordination of global team conference calls, facilitating communication across multiple time zones and cultural contexts
Manage sophisticated calendar coordination for Vice President International with strategic prioritization of meetings and deadline management
Act as primary communication gatekeeper, screening and prioritizing executive communications to optimize leadership efficiency

Execute event planning and marketing coordination that supports business development initiatives and client relationship building
Manage customer relationship touchpoints by directing inquiries to appropriate sales team members and maintaining service excellence
Produce multilingual business correspondence and prepare complex documents requiring advanced software proficiency and cultural sensitivity
Serve as liaison between executive leadership and stakeholders, ensuring timely information flow and action item completion
Maintain strategic relationships with direct reports and senior management across the organization

Experience

More than 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

Required Skills

Be able to work in a minimal supervision environment, involving coordination and organization of work methods for the assigned duties Flexible team player able to adapt to international time zones Hold previous experience supporting a UHNW family, Sr Executive or Government Official is a plus Master the advanced tools of the Microsoft Office suite, and you have a natural comprehension of computer applications (i.e., SAP, Concur, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Salesforce.com, etc.) Bilingual English.
