Key Responsibilities

Drive enterprise-wide master data governance strategy across Product, Customer, Vendor, and Finance domains, directly impacting operational excellence and data-driven decision-making capabilities across a $6.5 billion global organization
Lead cross-functional matrix organization of Business Technology partners and Process Stewards, fostering collaborative excellence and accountability while developing high-performance teams across geographic boundaries

Requirements

Education

Master's degree and 8 to 10 years of business, Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field OR Bachelor's degree and 10 to 14 years of business, Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field

Experience

8+ years of experience in Master Data Management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role preferably within pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
