Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage complex transaction strategy projects across full M&A lifecycle
Drive integration and carve-out strategy development and implementation
Direct cost structure analysis and performance improvement initiatives
Provide strategic transaction advisory across all corporate functions
Mentor and develop team members while fostering collaborative environment
Coordinate multiple strategic consulting engagements simultaneously

Requirements

Education

Above-average degree in Economics or Engineering (Master or PhD preferred)

Experience

Minimum 5 years in management consulting, restructuring, or M&A
