Key Responsibilities

Lead academic scheduling operations for 50+ business programs, directly impacting educational delivery quality and resource optimization
Strategic coordination with Office of Registrar for course planning and classroom utilization affecting thousands of students
Analyze and optimize section sizes to achieve budgetary efficiencies while maintaining academic quality standards
Manage complex scheduling systems and maintain master scheduling databases ensuring seamless academic operations
Serve as key liaison between faculty, administration, and support services for scheduling policy interpretation and implementation

Requirements

Education

3-year diploma/degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or Office Administration

Experience

5 years of related experience

Sound experience working in the post-secondary education environment with strong understanding of college business processes Demonstrated proficiency working with student information systems and with complex scheduling systems Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to explain moderately complex processes Must work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
