Key Responsibilities

Lead complex failure analysis investigations to determine root causes of industrial equipment and material failures
Provide expert technical consultation to regional industrial clients on materials science and engineering solutions
Develop comprehensive analytical reports and strategic recommendations for failure prevention
Contribute to laboratory quality management and testing protocol development
Manage client relationships and project deliverables across multiple industries

Requirements

Education

Minimum a Degree in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines. PhD/Masters will be an advantage

Experience

At least 3 years of working experience

Required Skills

Experience in failure analysis Material testing in laboratory environment Hands-on experience with SEM, EDX, XRD, metallurgy examination Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent analytical skills Project management capabilities Knowledge of ISO17025 quality management system

Certifications

ISO17025 knowledge preferred
