Key Responsibilities

Lead technical training programs for global customers on advanced molecular diagnostic systems
Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials and SOPs
Provide expert application support and troubleshooting for laboratory customers
Ensure quality compliance with ISO 13485 standards
Drive product success through market feedback and implementation support
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
Collaborate with Product Management and Sales teams on new product launches

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering or related field

Experience

Previous customer-facing and training experience preferred
