Key Responsibilities

Lead installation and maintenance of advanced analytical instruments including LC, LC/MS, HPLC/UPLC systems
Drive customer success through technical expertise and relationship management
Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards in scientific instrument operations
Provide system-level training and technical consultation to customers

Requirements

Education

Bachelors/Masters Degree in Chemistry or Biology, engineering or other science related field is desired, will also consider applications with equivalent experience, training and education

Experience

3 years of experience with installation, performance maintenance, troubleshooting, support and/or end user utilization of scientific instrumentation
