Key Responsibilities

Architect and deploy comprehensive business monitoring processes to strengthen PWR-Transmission operational excellence and strategic oversight
Design and manage end-to-end governance frameworks for internal and external human capital optimization in partnership with HR leadership
Build advanced infrastructure systems to measure and enhance headcount productivity across all business functions
Lead strategic assessment of external human capital utilization and identify high-impact insourcing opportunities
Drive cross-functional collaboration to realign activities with core business priorities and optimize resource allocation
Establish monitoring systems for indirect time management and implement productivity improvement routines
Challenge and redesign hourly rate methodologies, building comprehensive rate matrices by function, position, and geographic location
Lead financial oversight of R&D projects including budget development, assumption validation, and risk/opportunity analysis
Introduce quantitative analysis processes for R&D project feasibility supporting critical go/no-go decisions at multiple project stages
Direct R&D capitalization processes across PWR-Transmission ensuring full IFRS compliance before project capitalization

Requirements

Education

Master degree in Finance or Business

Experience

7+ years of experience in project or industrial business and/or in an audit firm

Required Skills

Strong analytical skillset and ability to synthesize information to prepare clear documentation and presentation Ability to interact with operation and having desire to learn quickly new concepts Advanced user of Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI SAP and HFM/PBCS knowledge not required but an asset Fluent in English – oral and written Personal values aligned to those of Nexans: Pioneer, Dedicated, United
