Key Responsibilities

Execute six-month rotational assignments in Operations and Specialty Finance roles
Perform Financial Planning & Analysis duties during 12-month assignment
Participate in strategic financial decision-making processes
Engage in cross-functional projects across multiple business units
Develop and present financial analyses to senior leadership
Contribute to operational efficiency improvements through financial insights

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting or finance field (graduation by August 2025)

Experience

Up to 2 years of experience (work or internship)
