Key Responsibilities

Drive strategic finance function transformation initiatives for major financial institutions to align operating models with business objectives and deliver measurable value creation
Lead multi-disciplinary global teams utilizing proven methodologies and EY's worldwide network to deliver trusted advisory services and sustainable business improvements
Develop and implement innovative solutions for financial performance management, including enterprise performance management with integrated planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario management
Execute business transformation projects focusing on finance operating model optimization, customer and distribution effectiveness, and operational efficiency improvements
Facilitate strategic workshops and design sessions to articulate best practices and drive organizational change across people, processes, and systems
Establish thought leadership positioning through subject matter expertise development and high-quality deliverable creation for complex client engagements

Requirements

Education

Bachelor or Master Degree

Experience

Minimum of 6 years' working experience, preferably with experience in a business consulting role in a leading consultancy firm
