Key Responsibilities

Lead system administration and maintenance of financial reporting infrastructure
Drive data analytics across descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive dimensions
Manage critical financial modeling for CECL, budgeting, forecasting and profitability analysis
Ensure regulatory compliance through accurate NCUA 5300 Call Report preparation
Coordinate cross-functional data integration and validation processes
Develop and maintain investor reporting packages and GL reconciliations
Execute strategic system improvements to enhance operational efficiency

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Finance or similar field of study

Experience

1+ years' experience in finance or accounting work (preferably in a Financial Institution)

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formula creation and modification) General understanding of a financial institution's financial statements Demonstrated experience with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server Understanding of FTP calculation for loans and deposits Experience with data visualization tools Strong SQL knowledge Excellent communication skills Problem-solving abilities Attention to detail
