Education

Experience

Minimum of 5 years as a Fleet Personnel Manager or similar supervisory role, with 8 years of marine-related experience

Required Skills

Deep knowledge of vessel crew requirements and maritime labor laws Strong skills in recruitment, training, and collective agreements Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities

Certifications
