Key Responsibilities

Conduct forensic interviews with child abuse victims in both English and Spanish, serving as a critical link in the child protection system
Provide expert testimony in criminal and civil cases as an Outcry and/or Expert witness, directly impacting legal outcomes
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive case management and optimal outcomes for victims
Maintain detailed documentation and participate in ongoing professional development to ensure best practices in forensic interviewing
Provide essential interpretation services for Spanish-speaking clients across multiple contexts, facilitating crucial communication
Participate in community education and professional training initiatives to strengthen child protection networks

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in social work, criminal justice, psychology or related field required; Master's degree preferred

Experience

Experience interviewing children preferred
