Key Responsibilities

Lead development and implementation of IRB and IFRS9 risk models for major financial portfolios
Direct strategic data engineering and validation processes for model integrity
Oversee regulatory compliance with EBA Guidelines and ECB frameworks
Drive stakeholder engagement and technical consultation at senior levels
Manage and develop quantitative risk modeling teams
Implement model effectiveness monitoring and optimization strategies
Lead innovation initiatives in regulatory technology and quantitative methods

Requirements

Education

Masters' Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or related field for Senior Managers; Bachelors degree for Managers and Consultants

Experience

10 years for Senior Manager, 6+ years for Manager, 4+ years for Consultants
