Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex payment technology transformations that drive fundamental business change, from initial requirements gathering through solution design to deployment and post-launch optimization, ensuring measurable business value creation
Manage strategic interactions with C-level and senior client stakeholders to resolve critical business challenges, influence transformation roadmaps, and secure executive buy-in for payments modernization initiatives worth millions in investment
Direct and coordinate diverse expert teams including business stakeholders, workstream leads, payments specialists, technical architects, and developers to deliver integrated solutions that transform client payment capabilities and competitive positioning
Develop and maintain comprehensive project governance frameworks including detailed resource allocation strategies, timeline management, and budget oversight for multi-million dollar technology investments with direct P&L impact
Serve as primary executive interface for project communication, risk escalation, and issue resolution while representing project progress and business value to board-level stakeholders and regulatory bodies
Implement and enforce industry-leading project management methodologies, software development lifecycle best practices, and Agile frameworks to ensure delivery excellence and continuous improvement across all workstreams

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience

Minimum of 12 years of experience in technology delivery, with at least 5 years focused on payments
