Key Responsibilities

Lead complex accounting advisory projects and implementations
Conduct financial impact assessments and regulatory analysis
Provide technical expertise on GAAP and IFRS matters
Manage client relationships and deliverables
Coordinate with cross-functional teams on integrated solutions
Drive process improvement and controls optimization initiatives

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree or Master's degree

Experience

At least 5 years experience in Insurance industry

Required Skills

International Financial Reporting Standards knowledge US GAAP knowledge SFC and HKMA regulatory knowledge Financial analytics experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills Good command of English and/or Chinese Proficiency in Putonghua (advantage)

Certifications

HKICPA/CPA/ACCA certification
