Key Responsibilities

Strategic oversight of Card Centre and Operation Services sections including resource allocation, budget management, and operational efficiency
End-to-end management of Octopus card lifecycle including manufacturing, distribution, and service delivery
Stakeholder engagement and partnership management with key transport and technology partners
Risk management and compliance monitoring for customer data protection and service integrity
Vendor management and performance optimization across service delivery chain

Requirements

Education

Degree or Master Degree in operations management, IT, and business administration, MBA qualification in a renowned institution is preferred

Experience

Over 15 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years at management level
