Lead and oversee Operations Department sections (Card Centre and Operation Services)
Manage complete lifecycle of Octopus card products and infrastructure
Drive operational efficiency and resource optimization
Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management
Develop and maintain strategic partnerships
Optimize customer service delivery and stakeholder relationships

Requirements

Education

Degree or Master Degree in operations management, IT, and business administration, MBA qualification in a renowned institution is preferred

Experience

Over 15 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years at management level
