Key Responsibilities

Lead design and standardization of global finance processes including GL, Asset, and Intercompany Accounting within SAP environment
Ensure regulatory compliance and internal controls implementation across financial operations
Drive ERP integration and implementation for finance processes
Develop and optimize financial reporting systems and procedures
Lead training and change management initiatives for finance staff
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process alignment

Requirements

Education

Master's degree in Accounting, Controlling and Audit or business school

Experience

8+ years experience in Finance

Required Skills

SAP expertise Finance operation processes knowledge Global SAP rollout experience English fluency French and Spanish (appreciated)
