Key Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-wide data governance implementation across multiple domains
Drive strategic data quality initiatives and establish measurement frameworks
Develop and implement comprehensive data protection and management policies
Partner with stakeholders to execute organizational data strategy
Establish and maintain data stewardship accountability frameworks
Design and implement data quality metrics and monitoring systems
Contribute to technical and functional data management roadmaps

Requirements

Education

Master degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics or related field

Experience

5-10 years of experience in industry or service company

Required Skills

Strong understanding of data governance and data management practices Knowledge of data and technology landscape Knowledge of data related best practices, privacy, regulatory requirements Strong communication skills Interpersonal capacities to collaborate Reliable, accountable, curious and persistent team player Agile/SCRUM Project management Experience with Semiconductor industry (nice-to-have)
