Key Responsibilities

Lead global financial consolidation process for multinational operations across 150+ countries
Drive strategic financial reporting improvements and system optimization
Manage and develop a team of financial reporting specialists
Ensure compliance with Dutch GAAP and international reporting standards
Partner with senior management to deliver financial insights and analysis
Coordinate with external auditors and stakeholders on compliance matters
Optimize and maintain global master data architecture

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Experience

7+ years in financial consolidation and reporting within a multinational organization

Required Skills

Strong technical accounting background Excellent communication skills Experience with financial consolidation systems (preferably Tagetik) Knowledge of Dutch GAAP and IFRS Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Fluent in English

Certifications

Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA)
