Key Responsibilities

Lead global drug development project teams through all phases from discovery to market launch
Drive execution of Integrated Evidence Plan with cross-functional stakeholders
Manage integrated program planning including budgets and timelines
Lead strategic decision-making and risk management at program level
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and information flow
Drive program governance and stakeholder communications
Manage strategic alliance partnerships and business development initiatives

Requirements

Education

Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or other discipline related to drug development is required. Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MBA) is preferred

Experience

8+ years of experience in drug development in the global pharmaceutical industry with approximately 4+ years direct experience in program management
