Key Responsibilities

Lead investigation and resolution of quality deviations across global production sites and CMOs
Manage CAPA implementation and effectiveness verification processes
Direct a sub-team focused on deviations and complaints management
Oversee quality event module of electronic QMS
Present critical quality cases to steering committees
Develop and maintain global SOPs and work instructions
Drive continuous improvement of quality control processes
Support establishment of Analytics Center of Excellence

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in natural sciences (Biology, Chemistry, Biomedicine, Pharmacy, Bio/Pharma Engineering)

Experience

Significant experience in quality control/assurance in life sciences industry
