Key Responsibilities

Lead global annual performance management cycle with strategic impact on organizational effectiveness
Manage merit & bonus processes including budget allocation and benchmarking across international markets
Oversee Long Term Incentive (LTI) programs for executive leadership including financial reporting and board communication
Drive pay equity initiatives and compensation strategy alignment across global operations
Develop and implement cross-border executive compensation packages
Partner with HR Technology team to optimize reward systems and processes

Requirements

Education

Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Economics or other equivalent

Experience

10+ years of professional working experience in compensation and benefits
