Key Responsibilities

Drive operational excellence across global Talent systems portfolio, ensuring enterprise-level system stability and service delivery that directly impacts 12,000+ professionals worldwide
Lead strategic escalation management for complex system issues, implementing root cause analysis and long-term solutions that prevent business disruption and maintain competitive advantage

Requirements

Education

Post-secondary degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline

Experience

Minimum 5 years' experience in HR systems management, including SAP SuccessFactors or similar platforms. Experience managing HRIS or application support teams in a global environment

Required Skills
