Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic funding identification across innovation, EdTech, GenAI, and large-scale bilateral/multilateral opportunities to drive organizational growth and program expansion
Execute comprehensive grant writing campaigns managing complex proposal development from research through submission with measurable success metrics
Build and maintain institutional knowledge systems including template libraries and visual collateral to optimize future funding acquisition efficiency
Represent NewGlobe at high-level networking events and funder meetings to establish strategic partnerships and gather competitive intelligence
Coordinate cross-functional project teams involving Finance, senior leadership, and technical experts to deliver compelling funding proposals
Author technical communications and thought leadership content positioning NewGlobe within broader education policy discourse
Provide creative direction for visual storytelling through infographics and diagrams that communicate complex educational methodologies to diverse stakeholder audiences
Navigate and document organizational systems and impact metrics to accurately represent NewGlobe's track record in competitive funding environments

Requirements

Education

A Bachelor's degree in a social science, humanities, literature, writing, editing, copyediting, journalism, science communications, or similar field. A graduate degree in either an education or writing-related field is desirable.

Experience

At least 2 years of work experience where grant-writing entailed a significant portion of the job responsibilities - preferably in the field of education or international development.
