Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic technical oversight of renewable energy projects across UK/ROI portfolio
Direct and develop multi-disciplinary engineering teams across jurisdictions
Drive technical due diligence and commercial negotiations for major energy infrastructure
Optimize LCOE and project economics through technical innovation
Establish technical standards and quality assurance frameworks
Manage relationships with key stakeholders including EPCs, technical advisors and OEMs

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Masters in Renewable Energy preferred

Experience

8+ years in Renewables in the UK, with 3+ years in leadership role

Required Skills

Expert knowledge of PV generating technologies Strong experience in EPC contracts Experience in PPAs and Grid Connection Agreements Proficiency in PVsyst or similar simulation software Strong leadership and management capabilities Excellent technical and communication skills
