Key Responsibilities

Design and implement strategic continuous improvement initiatives across Rolling Stock Customer Service
Lead and develop a team of continuous improvement professionals
Drive operational excellence through innovative solutions and best practices
Implement and oversee Six Sigma and lean manufacturing methodologies
Manage cross-functional transformation projects
Develop and deliver training programs for continuous improvement
Monitor and report on improvement initiatives to senior leadership

Requirements

Education

Degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience

Experience

Significant experience in continuous improvement within manufacturing or engineering
