Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a dynamic Customer Success Management team of 3 professionals, driving strategic customer retention initiatives and fostering organizational growth through effective talent management
Establish and maintain industry-leading customer satisfaction standards while optimizing customer relationship processes to ensure maximum client value realization
