Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end integrated supply chain planning across Europe
Drive S&OP/IBP process alignment between sales, marketing, finance and operations
Manage forecast accuracy and inventory optimization
Lead and develop high-performing planning team
Own critical supply chain KPIs
Serve as key liaison between commercial and operational functions
Drive digital transformation and analytics adoption

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, finance, or related field; Master's/Advanced degree preferred

Experience

8+ years of progressive experience in demand planning, inventory planning, supply planning and/or planning transformations
