Key Responsibilities

Strategic financial leadership with direct reporting line to President & COO and Board exposure
Team leadership and development oversight for 4-person finance department
End-to-end financial management including P&L, forecasting, and strategic planning
Cross-functional business partnership across Commercial, Marketing, Innovation, and Operations
Treasury and cash flow management including banking relationship oversight
Financial compliance and risk management including tax oversight and internal controls
Business process optimization and cost management initiatives
Strategic pricing administration and revenue optimization

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or finance

Experience

5+ years direct experience in hands-on accounting operations
