Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing HR Operations team while building sustainable leadership capabilities for long-term organizational success
Drive cultural transformation toward operational excellence and continuous improvement methodologies across all HR functions
Establish clear organizational structure with defined roles, responsibilities, and performance metrics to enhance accountability and efficiency
Design and implement standardized HR process documentation ensuring consistency and compliance across international operations

Partner strategically with HRBPs, Policy & Rewards, and Learning & Development teams to operationalize strategic HR initiatives

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience

5+ years of experience in HR operations, process improvement, or HR systems management within a fast-paced, international environment

Required Skills

Available for 6-9 months Proven track record of leading teams and driving operational excellence Strong knowledge of HR systems. Experience in Personio and AFAS is preferred Expertise in process mapping, automation, and implementing self-service solutions Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch is a plus
