Key Responsibilities

Strategic oversight of repair production operations with dual reporting to local GM and VP MRO Operations in France
Financial and operational performance management including quality metrics, delivery times, and cost controls
Team leadership and development across production supervisors and engineering teams
Implementation of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
Regulatory compliance management including Part 145 and HSE standards
Budget and investment planning and control
Cross-functional collaboration with Supply Chain, Methods, and Industrial Maintenance teams

Education

Bachelor's Degree

Experience

8-10 years in production management/industrial logistics
