Key Responsibilities

Build and lead strategic PMO team with clear mission alignment
Develop and implement global PMO standards and processes
Drive digital transformation through process automation and AI integration
Provide strategic oversight of workstream portfolio
Serve as key advisor to Board and Executive Directors
Lead cross-functional initiative execution
Mentor and develop team members
Manage stakeholder communications and reporting

Requirements

Education

Master / Bachelor degree in business studies, engineering or related fields

Experience

Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
