Key Responsibilities

Define and execute strategic vision for clinical standards, service quality and professional competencies across multidisciplinary teams including Social Work, Counselling, Psychology, Research, Nursing, Therapy, and Early Intervention, directly impacting service delivery to over 70,000 beneficiaries
Develop comprehensive strategic roadmap for the SQC Office that aligns organizational mission with operational excellence, driving measurable improvements in clinical outcomes and service quality
Provide executive-level guidance to CEO and Board on best practices, emerging trends, and regulatory compliance, positioning the organization as a leader in the social service sector
Establish and continuously improve evidence-based clinical policies, protocols and governance frameworks that ensure highest standards of ethical conduct and professional practice across all disciplines
Design and implement robust clinical governance systems including incident reporting, critical case reviews and risk management frameworks that protect both clients and organizational reputation

Requirements

Education

Master's degree or higher in a relevant clinical discipline (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, Therapy, Education) or Public Health with a strong emphasis on quality assurance, clinical governance, research methodologies/ professional practice or degree in a relevant clinical discipline with extensive experience

Experience

At least 15 years of experience in leadership roles within the social service or healthcare sector with at least 5 - 7 years' experience in a senior management role overseeing clinical operations, quality assurance and/or research functions
