Key Responsibilities

Analyze and process financial assistance applications and program plans for affordable housing initiatives
Serve as liaison between multiple stakeholders including government entities and private sector partners
Review and evaluate Consolidated Applications for affordable housing programs
Provide technical assistance on various housing programs including elderly housing, urban revitalization, and homelessness prevention
Monitor program budgets and compliance with statutory requirements
Conduct program evaluations and prepare comprehensive reports

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred)

Experience

Six (6) years of professional experience in housing program development and coordination
