Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic HR initiatives and organizational development programs across multiple business units
Drive complex employee relations and industrial relations cases while ensuring legal compliance

Requirements

Education

Master's or Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Human Resources

Experience

8 years HR Experience with 5+ Years in a HR Generalist Role with strong ER/IR experience
