Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership: Direct overall HR strategy and operations, reporting to Finance Director while partnering with Senior Leadership Team
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure organizational adherence to employment legislation, SEOs, and industry standards while managing complex audits
Team Development: Lead and mentor HR team across multiple functional areas including recruitment, L&D, and employee relations
Property Portfolio Management: Oversee 10 company rental properties including lease administration and maintenance
Employee Relations: Serve as senior escalation point for complex HR matters while maintaining positive workplace culture
Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvement of HR processes, policies, and systems to support business growth
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field (Master's degree and/or legal qualification advantageous)
Experience
Minimum 5 years broad HR experience, including 2+ years in HR Manager or similar leadership role
